HEALTH SCREENINGS MATTER

Health screenings are like safety checks for your body. They help us spot potential health risks and take steps to prevent them from causing more significant problems. Whether it’s identifying high blood pressure, diabetes, or even certain types of cancer, these screenings are key to keeping you safe and our community healthy and thriving.

Who Can Benefit from Screenings?

The good news is that health screenings are for everyone. Experts from the US Preventative Health Task Force recommend specific screenings for different age groups. At GNR Public Health, we cover children with screenings for hearing, dental, vision, and scoliosis, while adults can access screenings for diabetes, hypertension, breast, and cervical cancer.
