Independence Day Hours
Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale County Health Departments are closed starting at noon Thursday, July 2 through Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.
In addition, the COVID-19 call center is closed starting at noon on Thursday, July 2 and is closed Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.
COVID-19 testing is ongoing over the holiday. If you’d like to make an appointment for COVID-19 testing, you can do so online here.
We hope everyone in the community has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend. Please remember to wear a face covering in public, practice social distancing, wash your hands often and stay home if you are sick. Working together, we can prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
The Health Department health centers and COVID-19 call center will resume normal business hours starting Monday, July 6.
